Hats for Collin

As I've mentioned here before, my friend and co-worker, Sarah, is having a little one soon.

We had a baby shower for her not long ago, but I hadn't finished her baby hats yet.

Sarah sent me some ideas that she liked and I found a pattern for this little brimmed hat. 

I thought this one turned out a little small, so I made another, a little bigger.

I'm still learning to gauge these things.

And you'll have to forgive that I'm modeling the hats on a candleabra!  It's not like I have my own etsy shop and I've got a display all worked out.  LOL!

And while I was in the middle of making these (which is always how it seems to happen), I found this cute little idea!!

And regardless of what David may say, I doubt anyone will get confused and kick the baby in the head! (Seriously!)

So I hope baby Collin enjoys his various hats!  His head should be very warm, whether he's going cool with his brimmed hat, or incognito as an owl or football!  Ha ha!
